Hello! My name is Karina, and I am a Certified Medical Assistant with over 11 years of experience working in a chiropractic setting. At Organic Chiropractic Care, I am proud to serve as both the office manager and a support team member in both the front and back office. My background has given me a strong understanding of patient care, and I’m excited to use that knowledge every day to support our patients on their wellness journey.
I truly enjoy greeting every patient with a smile and ensuring that each visit is smooth, efficient, and comfortable. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where patients feel valued and cared for from the moment they walk in. I take pride in helping each individual feel like part of the Organic Chiropractic family.
It’s incredibly rewarding to witness the progress our patients make through the exceptional care provided by Dr. Tran and our Clinic Director, Norma. I am passionate about educating patients on how chiropractic care can help them reach their full health potential and improve their overall well-being.

Norma Barba - Clinic Director
Hi, my name is Norma, and I am the Clinic Director at Organic Chiropractic Care, serving both our South El Monte and Westminster locations. I’m here to support you with all your needs—both in the front office and behind the scenes—to ensure your experience is smooth, comfortable, and well-coordinated.
As a certified medical assistant, I am dedicated to providing the highest level of care while making every patient feel welcomed and supported. I continue to expand my knowledge through ongoing training with Dr. Tran in personal injury cases, as well as pediatric experience and PX Docs with the Insight Scan.
I have proudly been part of the Organic Chiropractic Care family for nine years, and it truly feels like my second home. I take great pride in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining strong communication so that every visit is organized, efficient, and timely.
After you are introduced by our Office Manager, Karina, I will be happy to greet you with a smile and check in on how you’ve been since your last visit. I also assist Dr. Tran with therapies and help guide rehabilitation plans tailored specifically to your needs.
I understand that many patients come to us feeling discomfort, fear, or uncertainty. My goal is to transform that experience into a positive one by helping you feel at ease, heard, and cared for. I believe that therapeutic touch plays an important role in the body’s healing process, and I strive to create a calming, personalized experience for every patient.
