Karina Castaneda - Office Manager

Hello! My name is Karina and I am a certified medical assistance. When you visit Organic Chiropractic Care, I will be the first person you will see. I have 8 years of extensive working experience as the office manager, front and back office in a Chiropractic environment. With my chiropractic experience, I am excited for the opportunity to work in this healthcare environment where I could share this knowledge with others on a daily basis.

I love to greet everyone with a hello and a smile, while making sure your visit is as efficient as possible. Every patient will find out that I am always there and focused to make sure that your experience at Organic Chiropractic Care exceeds your expectations. I love to see patients' improvement in the office through the excellent care provided by both Dr. Tran and our assistant manager Norma. My main goal is to make sure every patient feel as if they are part of the Organic Chiropractic family and to educate the patients on how they can reach their true health potential through chiropractic care. Mostly importantly, I want to see patients leaving our office happier and healthier as a person.

Norma Barba - Assistant Manager

Hello, my name is Norma and I am the assistant manager; who with help you with all your needs in the front office as well as the back office. I am a certified medical assistance who is dedicated to serving our patient's needs and making sure the patients are always comfortable. I have been with Organic Chiropractic care for 6 years now and this is my 2nd home. I have exceptional customer service and phone etiquette where my objective is to maintain an effective and organized systems to ensure that you are taken care of in a timely matter.

I will gladly meet and greet you with a smile after our Office Manager, Karina, introduces us. Afterward, I will find out how you have been since your last appointment and assists Dr. Tran with the therapies and rehab that is recommended specifically for you. I fully understand that when patients come into our office, they are often experiencing varying degrees of discomfort, fear and unease. It is my responsibility to take this unique opportunity to make a difficult situation a positive experience. I strive to not only bring relaxation to you, our patient, but to also listen to each of your individual needs and together create a therapeutic protocol to address those needs. I believe therapeutic touch is so important in the body’s healing process.
